The process of competitive performance
analysis is not complicated. Here's how it works:
- The industry determines
what needs to be measured, and how frequently.
- The individual companies in the
industry provide us with these data, usually on a monthly or
weekly basis for each of their individual units (or stores).
- We process the information submitted
and produce easy-to-interpret reports
that allow each participant to see how they're performing relative
to their competitors as a group. This group of
competitors is called a competitive set, and it can be defined as
narrowly as other competitive units in the immediate neighborhood
or as broadly as the entire industry.
- Because competitor information is
always aggregated, a participant's confidential information is
never disclosed.

It's that simple – our reports
are easy to interpret and provide a wealth of information that you
can use to analyze and improve your operations.
